For modular and custom home builders
I build and run the website that sells your models.
Builders sell from a short list of models, and each sale is a signed contract. I handle the model pages, renders from your 3D models, floor plans, the quote form, search, ads and the tracking that ties each quote request to the page and ad that brought it in. You work directly with me throughout.
No build fee: a monthly retainer and a small share of contract value on homes sold through the site. How it works
Renders from the real model
Every window, roofline and stair comes from your own 3D files, so the page shows the home you actually build.
What I build
A site that turns model views into quote requests
Model pages
Each model gets its own page with floor plans, square footage, bedrooms, options and renders, written so a buyer can compare models without calling first.
Renders and orbits
Finished renders, interior views and short orbit videos made from your Chief Architect or other 3D files, checked against the drawings.
Quote requests with the model named
Each request reaches you with the model the buyer was looking at, the same way plan modification requests reach Angela today.
Found by Google and AI
Each model’s square footage, bedrooms and features are written into the page in a form Google and assistants like ChatGPT can read.
Ads you can account for
Ads run in your own account. Each quote request is traced back to the ad or search that brought it in, so spend follows what produces buyers.
A plain monthly report
Visits, quote requests and where they came from, with what changed that month and what comes next.
The proof so far
My current client sells house plans rather than homes, so the evidence lives on the house plan page: the rebuilt store, the renders, the sales software and four months of measured results. The methods carry over directly, since a builder’s buyers browse models the same way a plan buyer browses plans.
How you pay
No separate build fee.
A monthly retainer starts with the work and carries the build. A small share of contract value applies to homes sold through the site, and the ad budget stays in your own account where you can see every dollar. The work runs on a long-term commitment, usually two years, because search takes months to build. The exact terms are written down and agreed before any work starts.
What you send
Your model plans and 3D files, photos of homes you have built, and the areas you build in.
What I ask of you after that
Approve each model page before it goes live, and tell me when a quote request turns into a signed contract.
Everything stays yours
You own the site, the renders, the ad account and every request that comes in. If we ever stop working together, all of it stays with you.
Get in touch
Send me your website, or tell me you don’t have one yet.
I will look through it and write back with what I would do first. If I don’t think I can help, I will tell you that too.
I’m Jeff Combs. I run Atlas Digital Design on my own from Denver, so the person you email is the person doing the work. I came to this after twenty years running bars, and I check my own work as hard as anyone else’s.
